Six patients who suffered from divided nevus of eyelids were recruited to this prospective, case series study between July 2008 and January 2014 (4 male and 2 female patients). The right internal iliac artery (IIA) is obstructed, but the right internal pudendal artery (IPA) is enhanced with collateral circulation. The search results were reviewed by the authors and selected based on the relevance to the case report presented. CASE REPORT A 36-year-old man with nonunion of the mediodistal region of the left radius was admitted to our department in February 2014. There was a history of untreated lower brachial plexus injury in the left arm and an ulnar and a radial fracture 18 months previously. Manipulation of vessels, placement of micro-vascular clamps, or underlying host biology may lead to constriction of both donor and recipient vessels, and this can lead to drastic conse-quences, such as arterial thrombosis and flap failure. Restoration of hand function and so called “breathing arm” after intraspinal repair of C5-T1 brachial plexus avulsion injury. This study describes a case report of both these complications occurring in the same patient. Case report. Previous reports in the literature attest to the versatility of the reverse ALT to cover defects around the knee and proximal tibia, but to our knowledge, this is the first report of a reverse ALT reaching to the mid-tibial level. This fracture had been treated by reduction and fixation with an angular stability plate.

The patients’ ages ranged from 14 to 29 years, with an average age of 24.5 years.
